I bring a writer’s curiosity to your own observations and insights to craft a story that only you can tell, a narrative that highlights and affirms your memories and experiences.

It starts with a conversation, a deep dive into who you are and how you think. I pose a series of questions designed to make you ponder, leaning on years of interviewing experience to draw out poignant insights and truths. You don’t have to write anything; I’ll take notes as you talk, and take you in surprising directions.

I synthesize those notes and draw connections among the disparate threads to discover the essence of who you are. I’ll get at the heart of what makes you tick and what inspires you. I may even help you find a mantra or two, if that’s your thing. I’m not writing a biography; I’m simply revealing, in sharper focus, what’s already inside you. You could say I’m wiping the fog off your own mirror.

It all comes together in a personalized keepsake. You can share your wisdom and values with others, or simply clarify them for yourself. I advise on the types of images to curate from your own collection, and then design the book – professionally bound, hardcover, and printed on archival paper – using your own words and photos.
